Another Sunday and another emotional journey to 'Arlington West'.
The memorial brought a tear to my eye as I stood and stared at the many rows of crosses, so carefully placed in the sand.
A recording of 'Taps' played in the background.
U.S. flags flew at half-staff and flapped in the cool ocean breeze.
People came by and looked on.
They read the signs which describe what the memorial stands for.
Some looked at the list of hundreds of names of fallen soldiers.
The mood was very somber.
I said a prayer and walked away, knowing that I would return again soon to pay respect to these many brave soldiers who were killed in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
